- >> A vehicle is only booked when a 50% deposit has been received
- >> Final payment has to be made 14 days ahead of the day of transfer – in the case of multiple transfers the final payment is due 14 days ahead of the first of the transfers
- >> In the event the final 50% payment is not made within 14 days of travel the transfer will be cancelled and the following cancellation terms will be observed
- >> Reservation cancelled 30 – 15 days ahead of service – 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded : reservation cancelled 14 – 1 day ahead of arrival – no refund will be due
- >> We strongly advise all clients to take out appropriate and sufficient insurance to cover cancellation for any reason and will not offer refunds for cancelled or amended services other than that listed above.
- >> Change of service dates – we will consider change of date the same as cancellation – in the event we have a vehicle available on the new dates, we will offer the service without any losses, however if all our vehicles are already committed on a replacement date then the cancellation terms listed above will apply
- >> Unscheduled stops will be charged at US$ 25 – payable to the driver (stop considered up to an hour) and thereafter US$ 25 per hour up to a maximum of three hours
- >> All our clients understand that they will wear seat belts during all journeys of any length
- >> All our clients understand that all our vehicles are no smoking however the driver will be happy to stop in a safe location in the event clients wish to stop to smoke – same applies for alcoholic consumption which is not permitted in our vehicles
- >> Passengers are to avoid distracting the driver and listen to all driver instructions in terms of safety and to ensure compliance with all laws of Belize
